Responsibilities

• Setup and Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, or milling according to specific blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring tools (such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to inspect finished parts, ensuring they meet strict tolerance levels and quality standards.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform basic daily machine maintenance, including clearing debris, checking coolant levels, and alerting the maintenance team to any mechanical issues.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor machine alarms or production errors to minimize downtime and maintain a steady workflow.
• Documentation and Safety: Maintain accurate production logs and follow all safety protocols to ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment.
