What You'll Bring To Spectrum Required Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish Preferred Qualifications Experience: 6+ months of customer service experience; 6+ months of working with software applications; 6+ months of high-volume phone experience in customer service or a call center; 6+ months of working in cable operations, mobile, or telecommunications call center Technical Skills: MS Office, computer skills, typing Skills: Communication, organization, time management, multi-tasking, customer service Abilities: Dependable, proactive, adaptable, problem-solving, professional, resilient Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
