- Lead by example and foster a positive and inclusive environment for team members and clients.
- Run team meetings to align goals, share updates, and provide training.
- Operations & Management:
- Collaborate with the Lead Trainer and Lead Child Watch teammates to develop strategies for gym growth.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, cleanliness, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Run reports to track and analyze key performance metrics.
- Sales & Client Relations:
- Drive membership sales through effective communication, relationship-building, and follow-up.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Team Development:
- Recruit, hire, develop, and, if necessary, terminate Sales team members to ensure a strong and cohesive team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to help team members succeed.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- 30-40 hours per week.
- Pay: $15 per hour.
- Must have open availability.
