Applications Analyst Location: Houston, TX 77024 | On-Site

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | On-Call Required

Pay Rate: Starting at $66/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

* Configure, administer, and support Infor WMS to ensure smooth warehouse operations

* Analyze and optimize end-to-end warehouse processes:

* Inbound (receiving, putaway)

* Outbound (picking, packing, shipping)

* Inventory control (cycle counting, slotting, returns)

* Yard management (dock scheduling)

* Support integrations between Infor WMS and ERP systems using Infor ION, BODs, and EDI

* Monitor system performance, evaluate workflows, and present data trends to drive efficiency

* Develop and run SQL (MS SQL Server) queries, custom reports, and data fixes

* Ensure compliance with MHHS policies, procedures, and MSA requirements

What You Bring

Required:

* 5+ years of Applications Analyst or similar experience

* Deep hands-on expertise with Infor WMS configuration and administration

* Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics workflows

* Experience with RF/mobile devices, barcode, and RFID technologies

* Advanced SQL (MS SQL Server) skills

Nice to Have:

* Experience with warehouse robotics or automation systems
