What You'll Do:
- Create, organize, and maintain medical records and related documentation
- Sort, label, file, and retrieve records accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory of clinic supplies and prepare reports as needed
- Coordinate outside referrals and transfer of medical records
- Assist in preparing routine medical reports and correspondence
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all records
- Read and understand medical instructions, policies, and reports
What You Need:
- Valid US Citizenship for ICE clearance (expedited process in place)
- Ability to pass thorough background and credit investigations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of medical records procedures and compliance
- Prior experience with medical record management preferred but not required
