Heavy Equipment Operator / Dump Truck Driver

We are looking for Heavy Equipment Operators/Dump Truck Drivers. Position also requires underground utilities labor. This is year round work with plenty of opportunities for overtime. Pay is based on experience, attitude, and work ethic. A valid CDL Class A w/ standard transmission endorsement and Heavy Equipment experience is REQUIRED. Must be willing to drive to jobs with your own vehicle. We do work in Springfield, Lebanon and surrounding areas. Health Insurance is available after 60 Days of full time employment. Paid vacation and holidays available after probationary period.

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, skidsteers and trucks.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment on construction sites.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow project plans and instructions for precise and accurate work.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and projects.
