ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a small but growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in claims management, which gave me a strong understanding of the customer experience and the importance of doing things the right way. I’m a graduate of Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University). I have two children and four grandchildren, and family is a big part of my life. Our culture is close-knit and family-oriented, with a small office environment where everyone works together. We stay involved in the local community and value building connections with the people we serve. I’m looking for someone who is confident, personable, and enjoys building strong relationships with customers. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alan Cox - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
