Occupational Therapist
Compensation: $55–$65 per hour
Kace Premier Medical Talent is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for a rehabilitation opportunity in Tacoma, Washington. Provide individualized treatment that helps patients improve daily function, safety, and independence.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate functional abilities and barriers to completing daily activities.
• Establish individualized treatment plans and measurable rehabilitation goals.
• Provide therapeutic activities, self-care training, and appropriate functional interventions.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and teach compensatory strategies.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care and discharge planning.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current Washington OT license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation.
