What You'll Do

• Assist in pediatric cardiac surgeries in a high-volume CVOR setting
• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments, scopes, and probes
• Support aseptic technique and high-level disinfection procedures
• Manage decontamination and reprocessing of surgical equipment
• Collaborate with surgical team during procedures, including C-sections, D&C, tubal ligation, and high-risk cases
• Provide sterile support in a general OR environment with scheduled blocked times
• Call required for on-call coverage, based on unit needs

What You Need

• Valid NBSTSA Certification and BLS certification
• At least 1 year of pediatric CVOR or surgical tech experience
• Proficiency in sterilization, scrub, high-level disinfection, and aseptic techniques
• Experience with OB and high-risk cases preferred
• Ability to work 4x10-hour shifts, scheduled from 07:00–17:30
• Must be able to perform all job responsibilities in a hospital setting
