COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT


An established, reputable, commercial general contractor is looking to add a Traveling Superintendent to their team immediately. TRAVELING COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Must have lead commercial construction experience on commercial projects


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry


• Must have experience leading ground up, diverse commercial projects from inception to completion


• Ability to manage and run projects $15M+


• Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's


• Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget


• Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner


• Ability to identify and solve problems


• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience building industrial, commercial or light commercial
