• 24-hour beeper call shifts -- 6 am to 6 am
• 20 - 30 minute call response time required
• Mix: approx. 80% NICU, 20% general pediatrics
• NICU patients down to 32 weeks gestation
• Neonatal intubation and airway management required
• UVC/UAC and central line placement required
• Needle decompression and lumbar puncture required
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
