Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
- Document all care provided in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations.
- Support residents' emotional and psychological well-being.
