Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic services to patients requiring movement and functional improvement. This contract position offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and pain management techniques.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and health maintenance.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, assessments, and patient progress.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid State or Federal licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in providing physical therapy care across diverse patient populations.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and patient assessment.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with patients.
  
  
• 
  Certification in CPR and BLS preferred.
