As a Digital Payments Business Analyst, you will be part of the Payments Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Digital Payments Business AnalystLocation:Madison, WIWhat's the Job?Analyze and document digital payment processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements. Support agile development teams by refining product backlog and clarifying user stories. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of payment solutions. Participate in sprint planning and review sessions to facilitate continuous improvement.What's Needed?Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in payment banking projects. Proven interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and transparently. Experience working in Agile teams, interacting with Product Owners and Scrum Masters. Familiarity with Mainframe systems is a plus.
