At PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a leading aerospace manufacturer, you’ll transform meticulous work into mission-ready hardware.How You’ll Make an ImpactBuild and verify high-reliability assemblies, inspecting your own work to rigorous aerospace quality standards.Set up, run, monitor, and change over production equipment to keep output on target.Spend focused time at a microscope handling tiny parts with care and consistency.Interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers to guide every step.Capture production and quality data; analyze and report findings to drive better outcomes.Keep your cell spotless and organized—safety and cleanliness are part of the job.Follow all safety rules and cleanroom protocols without exception.Join continuous improvement efforts centered on safety, quality, and throughput.Contribute to the site Operating System and help the team hit operational goals.What You BringFluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.Comfort with basic computer tools and data entry.At least 1 year of recent (within the past 5 years) experience in manufacturing; 2–3+ years’ tenure preferred.Ability to thrive in a cleanroom: full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and an anti-static bracelet are standard.Stamina to work for extended periods at a microscope.Excellent dexterity, fine motor control, and steady hand–eye coordination.Preferred ExtrasHands-on experience with precision hand tools.Ability to read blueprints, travelers, and technical documents.Troubleshooting mindset; you love finding and fixing the root cause.Clear, concise communication.Proven success working solo and as part of a collaborative team.Pay and SchedulesA Shift (4x10 Days): Mon–Thu, 5:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. — $25.32/hrB Shift (4x10 Nights): Mon–Thu, 3:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m. — $27.32/hrC Shift (3x12 Days): Fri–Sun, 6:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. — $28.19/hrD Shift (3x12 Nights): Fri–Sun, 6:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. — $28.19/hrAttendance BonusTotal potential bonus: $3,000$1,000 after 30 days (perfect attendance during this period is required to qualify for the entire bonus)$1,000 after 60 days (perfect attendance not required)$1,000 after 90 days (perfect attendance not required)Compliance NoticesAbility to pass a drug test including for THC/ Background checkMust be able to provide current non-expired documents of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Persons or U.S. Resident.**This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
