2nd Shift Material Handler

We are seeking a Material Handler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team where you will play a key role in keeping steel products moving safely and efficiently throughout the facility. This is a hands-on position in a high-energy environment where no two days are the same, and your work directly supports production and workflow success.

Location: El Mirage, AZ Schedule: Monday Thursday, Fridays as needed | 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM | 3:30 PM 2:00 AM Pay rate: $21.45 - $22.15 per hour

Duties:

• Operate overhead crane systems to lift and move steel beams, plates, and assemblies
• Use chains, grabs, and rigging tools to safely secure materials
• Move smaller steel parts and tools manually (1050 lbs)
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and tractors to transport materials
• Load and unload materials from trucks and railcars
• Assist with cleaning, painting, and organizing steel and production areas
• Perform general housekeeping and routine maintenance

Requirements:

• Prior experience in structural steel environments and/or overhead crane operations preferred
• Ability to meet physical demands including strength, stamina, mobility, vision, and hearing
• Ability to wear required PPE and work safely around heavy equipment
• Must successfully complete required training period prior to permanent shift assignment
