Caterpillar is seeking a Facility Trainer for the North Little Rock, AR facility. You will conduct on-the-job training audits and deliver technical and functional training for new hire classes. Responsibilities include delivering training modules, developing materials, and serving as a liaison between new hires and managers to ensure consistency.
