We are seeking a full time Dental Office Manager to join our Dental Specialty team. The ideal candidate should have experience in dental administrative oversite, possess excellent communication skills and have leadership abilities.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
• Clerical, reception, dental administrative or secretarial experience; experience with dental software (Dentrix) is a plus
• Works effectively in a team environment
• Proven leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in patient records and billing processes
• Knowledge of endodontic and periodontal procedures is beneficial

Daily Tasks Include:

• Administrative oversight:  Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records and handling billing and insurance claims
• Staff management:  Supervise and train office staff, ensuring they adhere to office polices and provide high-quality patient care
• Patient relations:  Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their concerns, resolving complaints and ensuring a positive patient experience
• Financial management: Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely processing of insurance claims
• Compliance and Safety:  Ensure the office complies with health regulations and safety standards, including OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
