Program Manager With Capital Markets

Location: Edison, NJ or Tampa, FL or Irving, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

Strong IT experience of 10+ years

Demonstrate strong leadership and team working skills

Strong practical experience of project management gained through managing large and complex projects

Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in project management

Expert level Capital market knowledge along with GAAP accounting knowledge

Excellent knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures. Managing the project and program budget

Daily project management throughout the program lifecycle. Planning overall project and monitoring the progress

Experience on Agile module and good know about JIRA/Client QC

Great presentation skill and month/Weekly dashboard need to be create in effective manner

Quality, Estimation process need to handle in effective manner

SOW creation, Estimation and Planning, invoicing and Margin/PAT maintenance, EBIT calculation and Effective implementation of financial activities

Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely manner & escalate to stake holders as necessary

Excellent communication skills and managing stakeholder's communication

Managing and utilizing resources across projects

Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Index, Delivery Execution, Margin Improvement, Training, Hiring and Account Mining

Active participation in steering groups & proposals
