Senior HR Manager

Position Overview Senior Human Resources Manager, East Division, Hunt Valley, MD. Hybrid 2-3 days per week, reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer. Responsibilities Collaborate with Division Leadership to promote a culture of professionalism and excellence. Understand business goals and design and implement policies and procedures to drive continual improvements in productivity and HR development. Interface and engage at all levels of the organization. Maintain the highest level of integrity, professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality in all aspects of performance. Partner with corporate recruiters and Divisional HR Business Partners to ensure regulatory compliance and maximize recruitment efficiencies. Monitor employee engagement and ensure a high level of engagement. Guide managers and employees on career development and performance conversations. Ensure employees are compensated at market rates. Support training programs that grow skills in people, business, and project management. Manage employee relations issues, investigate problems such as working conditions and disciplinary actions. Prepare and respond to EEOC legal responses when involved. Write investigative reports and provide problem-resolution recommendations to managers and employees. Qualifications Experience Minimum 8+ years progressively responsible experience in HR, focusing on multi-state environments and broad HR programs. At least 3 years of experience with employee relations, responding to EEOC complaints, implementing policies, and advising managers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education BS degree required. PHR/SHRM-CP certification required. Additional Requirements Valid driver's license. Up to 20% travel. Background checks and reference verifications will be required.
