Our client, a global leader in aerospace and industrial technology solutions , is seeking a Sr ISC Project Management Manager to join their team. As a Sr ISC Project Management Manager , you will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization supporting cross-functional teams and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in supply chain project management , which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sr ISC Project Management Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Pay Range: $73.07 - $78.27/hr Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen What's the Job? Lead and manage Integrated Supply Chain projects, ensuring delivery on time and in alignment with quality standards. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, risks, and mitigation plans in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Coordinate and communicate with project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive alignment and project success. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates on milestones, risks, and issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and implement best practices. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. Expert knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
