Talent Management: Ensure employees are trained and developed; manage store personnel needs Performance & Standards: Ensure financial and business control through reporting and communication. Services & Programs: Ensure continued community involvement and education around Goodwill-Easter Seals Safety: Help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers. Job Pay & Perks Pay range: $53,813 - $75,543 per year Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota (GESMN) prioritizes work-life balance.
