$475,000 salary plus production.  $77.25 per wRVU.  Sign on bonus $75,000.  Student Loan repayment up to $200,000.  Performance Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for metric-based compensation program beginning year 3 with an earning potential up to 20% of your base compensation or a maximum of $82,500 annually..  Relocation: Up to $15,000.00.  Attractive benefits package including medical malpractice coverage, 401 K, pension, relocation allowance and more.  Qualifier for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.  Community - population of 150k with service area of 500k.
