OB Hospitalist Physician

Specialization: Obstetrics and Gynecology Hourly Wage Estimate: $296,400 - $416,100 / hour Job Summary We are seeking an additional experienced BC/BE OB Hospitalist to join our practice at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities Our hospitalists provide 24/7 in-house coverage and are supported by our group of Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians Responsibilities will include delivery attendance, OB triage, patient evaluation and management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, and ER coverage OB patients only/no GYN responsibilities Full‑time position is five 24‑hour shifts every 28 days Good Samaritan is a Regional Perinatal Center with a Level III NICU and our affiliated Neonatologists The ideal candidate will hold an active CA license Qualifications BC/BE OB‑GYN Benefits and Compensation Regular full‑time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Paid Sick Leave Eligible full‑time team members will receive a lump‑sum grant of 40 hours or five days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full‑time team member will receive a prorated lump‑sum grant after working for 90 days. A lump‑sum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible.
