Job Description

Small family owned Independent insurance agency, seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team. Must have 1 year prior experience working in an independent insurance agency and have your P&C license.

Must have knowledge of AMS systems, Hawksoft would be a plus, as well as rating systems. Must be able to work independently. We are looking for a "go getter", to join our agency. Many opportunities to advance within our agency. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5pm. Job description: answer phones, process customer service requests, answer billing questions, review renewals, process downloads, as well as any other tasks that come up.
