We are looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to become part of our established team on Maryland's picturesque Eastern Shore. This is a remarkable opportunity to join a busy practice with immediate patient demand, a dedicated support team, access to Da Vinci robotic systems, and the support of one of the region's leading health systems.

In this position, you will be instrumental in managing patients with a variety of urologic issues and symptoms. Here’s what you can expect:

• Provide direct patient care in our outpatient clinics.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with completion of a medical residency.

• Current Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology.

• Active medical license to practice in the State of Maryland or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license.

• Current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification.

• Appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one affiliated acute care facility, if applicable.

• Meet minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.

• Demonstrate the qualifications and experience necessary for the responsibilities of this position.

• Strong oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.

Additional Information

• Compensation: $545,628 annually. This figure represents the median range based on current benchmarks. Final compensation will be determined by the candidate's experience, training, and qualifications.

• Additional incentives may include a generous sign-on bonus (up to $100k), a housing allowance of up to $50K for a home purchase in the first year, or relocation assistance up to $10K, along with a productivity-based bonus structure.
