Procurement Administrator

Overview This role combines purchasing, administrative, and accounting support within a manufacturing environment. Position Supports Procurement & vendor coordination Office operations and documentation Timekeeping and reporting within QuickBooks Daily Responsibilities Purchasing / Supply Chain Create and manage purchase orders (POs) Source materials and communicate with vendors Request quotes, track orders, and follow up with suppliers Support receiving and shipping coordination Sales Order & Admin Support Open and manage sales orders Assemble and organize work orders Maintain documentation (scanning, filing, etc.) Accounting / System Responsibilities Utilize QuickBooks for PO and sales order tracking Basic accounting workflow support Assist with transition into JobBoss (ERP system) Timekeeping & Reporting Enter daily timesheets for production employees Support payroll data accuracy ( under manager oversight ) Run reports and maintain data tracking Data & Excel Tracking Maintain multiple spreadsheets for inventory tracking Parts and materials Due dates and job status Provide reporting to leadership and operations Skills Procurement, Administration, QuickBooks, Excel, Purchasing, Purchase order Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in a hybrid administrative, purchasing, or accounting support role Hands‑on experience with purchase orders, vendor communication, and administrative workflow coordination Prior experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software strongly preferred Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location Contract to Hire, Van Nuys, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
