1st Shift Lift Truck Operator (Pole Lift)

STARK is seeking a 1st Shift Lift Truck Operator (Pole Lift) to join our Cut Tables team in our Calhoun, GA warehouse. In this role, you will safely operate a pole lift to move carpet rolls and materials throughout the warehouse, ensuring production has the materials needed to meet customer demand.

Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year! Bonus details provided during the interview.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a pole lift to transport carpet rolls and other materials throughout the warehouse.
• Supply the Cut Tables department with materials needed to support production.
• Load, unload, stage, and move inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by following proper material handling procedures.
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a pole lift or forklift required.
• Valid lift truck certification or the ability to become certified.
• Ability to safely handle large carpet rolls and heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• High school diploma or GED required.
