Digital Product Manager - Personalization Intelligence

Location: Hybrid or Remote (Marlborough, MA) Job Type: Full-Time Target Salary Range*: $140,000 - $165,000 The Amatriot Group is seeking a Digital Product Manager, Personalization Intelligence to support BJ’s Wholesale Club out of Marlborough, MA. This role is responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for AI-driven personalization, leveraging machine learning and data science to deliver intelligent customer experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue across all customer touchpoints. This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA, while Monday and Friday are remote. The ideal candidate is hybrid, though remote candidates in approved states will also be considered. Responsibilities Define and execute the product roadmap for Personalization Intelligence across all customer touchpoints. Establish clear business goals, measurable outcomes, and prioritization strategies tied to incremental revenue and customer engagement. Lead the transformation from campaign-based targeting to intelligent, model-driven personalization at scale. Partner closely with Data Science to design, develop, and scale recommendation engines, propensity-to-buy models, predictive engagement models, and churn prediction models. Own the end-to-end machine learning product lifecycle, including business case development, model training, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. Translate machine learning outputs into actionable personalization strategies that can be tested and measured. Develop experimentation frameworks and hypotheses to measure incremental business impact. Collaborate with analytics teams to establish tracking, reporting, experimentation design, and performance measurement. Monitor machine learning performance metrics alongside key business KPIs to continuously optimize personalization initiatives. Drive accountability for product execution, business outcomes, and roadmap delivery. Required Skills 4+ years of Product Management experience. Demonstrated experience delivering personalization platforms, recommendation systems, propensity-to-buy models, or other predictive machine-learning products. Retail or e-commerce experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmap development, and stakeholder management. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, and Business leaders. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate across product, engineering, data science, analytics, and business teams to align priorities and deliver measurable results. Management of Resources Effectively manages competing priorities while driving multiple initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrates ownership throughout the product lifecycle and uses data-driven decision making to maximize business impact. Business & Organization Knowledge Understands how AI-powered personalization supports broader business objectives, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Balances customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities when making product decisions. Compensation In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 .
