Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate - Farmington Financial Center

Job Description This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The position involves triaging client leads, making referrals based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend appropriate products. This role may also be responsible for residential mortgage loan originations, which requires SAFE Act registration. Responsibilities Work with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building financial plans with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking or money‑managed solutions. Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with clients' financial goals and needs. Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Apply and expand knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings. Required Qualifications Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills for peer relationships. Results‑driven mindset prioritizing clients’ interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE). Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
