We are seeking a licensed Project Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering who brings strong technical expertise and leadership to the design, development, and execution of power generation projects. This role will lead engineering activities from concept through commissioning, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and compliance. If you Are: Deeply interested in supporting the transition to clean, renewable energy A driven, detail-oriented professional seeking a meaningful career growth opportunity Proud of delivering high-quality engineering work Flexible and excited to work in a small, collaborative, high-impact team A continuous learner who thrives on expanding technical knowledge A critical thinker who transforms technical information into clear, compelling communication A direct, thoughtful communicator who values strong, respectful working relationships You Will: Lead the full engineering lifecycle of power generation projects—from early scoping through detailed electrical design, procurement support, construction oversight, and commissioning Serve as the lead technical and engineering authority, providing PE‑level review, stamping (as applicable), and design approval Review, develop, and integrate engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations across electrical, mechanical, and controls/SCADA disciplines for systems including natural gas‑fired generation and battery energy storage (BESS) Conduct formal electrical design reviews at key milestones (30%, 60%, 90%, IFC) and drive timely resolution of technical comments Collaborate with internal teams, external engineers, OEMs, and construction partners to ensure adherence to design requirements, safety standards, performance expectations, and equipment specifications Lead technical evaluations of bids and vendor proposals, including switchgear, transformers, protection systems, natural gas reciprocating engines, and instrumentation Develop and refine electrical scopes of work, RFQs, design specifications, and engineering procedures Oversee QA/QC activities including factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and field troubleshooting Identify opportunities to enhance engineering workflows, documentation quality, and cross‑team collaboration Evaluate emerging electrical technologies across BESS, natural gas generation, renewables, and distributed energy systems What You Bring to the Team: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
