Immediate Hire - 2nd Shift Machine Maintenance Mechanic
Are you a skilled maintenance professional with mechanical and electrical experience? We're seeking a Machine Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on 2nd shift and help keep our production equipment operating at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production machinery
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Install, replace, and maintain machinery and facility equipment
- Fabricate and repair parts as needed, including welding tasks
- Coordinate and support scheduled maintenance projects
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Forklift experience a plus
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $30.00 per hour
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
