Our clinical offerings include:

• Full arch fixed rehabilitation (All‑On‑X)
• Implant Overdentures
• Single Implant placement and restoration
• Bone and soft‑tissue grafting

Our model features in‑house lab‑technicians, dental assistant‑driven restorative workflows, and a heavily surgical procedure mix for partner dentists. 200k annualized salary for 6 months against production‑based compensation with earned (no buy‑in) master‑level DSO equity opportunity.

BASE COMPENSATION

First 6 months – $200k base / month or 25% of adjusted production. After first 6 months – 25% of adjusted production with no lab fees.

CLINICAL AUTONOMY

With full access to SPG operations, systems, and business strategies for sustainable growth in your single‑site access to CE to bridge gaps in your knowledge and expand your clinical offerings, less time working on administrative tasks, more time on procedures, opportunities to grow your leadership in your practice with the support of SPG's administrative team.

Salary: $200,000.00 – $700,000.00 per year
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: 8‑hour shift
Supplemental pay types: Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate: Charleston, WV – Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
