Role Overview: As a Scheduler at Visiting Angels Charlotte & Union Co, you will be responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with caregivers and clients to manage schedules, communicate effectively, and adapt to last-minute changes. You will contribute significantly to our mission of providing compassionate support to seniors, ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily and weekly caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive consistent and reliable care. Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers about scheduling needs and any last-minute changes. Assist in caregiver recruitment and staffing needs. Monitor and update schedules to optimize caregiver assignments. Provide ongoing support to caregivers, ensuring they have the resources they need to deliver exceptional care. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Experience in scheduling or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in scheduling software or general office applications. Bonus If You: Have prior experience in home care or healthcare settings. Speak a second language. Hold relevant certifications in scheduling or healthcare administration. Employment Type & Availability: This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday. Location: This position is on-site only, located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
