Data Entry Representative

Processing code changes and providing customer support, the full-time hourly Data Support Representative will handle inbound customer calls and electronic requests while working in a hybrid environment based in Gainesville, VA. Key responsibilities: Process code changes by validating customer details and coordinating with on-site representatives Answer inbound customer calls regarding code changes and general support inquiries Monitor the code request inbox and ensure timely processing of escalated requests Required qualifications: High School Education or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a call center, data entry, or customer service environment Ability to multitask while processing requests and interacting on the phone Preferred experience in the alarm industry with familiarity of different panel types Strong customer service skills for efficient call handling and timely responses
