Assistant Store Manager – Charlotte, NC We are hiring experienced retail key carry and assistant store managers in the Charlotte area to support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role involves managing the store during the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring a positive customer experience, and contributing to the achievement of net income goals. Position: Full‑time. Base hourly pay: $56.00 (additional details such as quarterly incentive pay may apply based on store performance). Working hours are flexible, including days, evenings, overnight, and weekends. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and overall operations. Manage day‑to‑day store operations during the Store Manager’s absence. Train and lead team members to uphold company standards and customer service excellence. Achieve store performance targets, including net income and sales goals, potentially earning quarterly incentive pay.
