Our state-of-the-art facility combines advanced automation, Revit-based digital design, data, and offsite manufacturing to help high-volume homebuilders build faster, improve quality, reduce waste, and address skilled labor challenges.This leader will own overall plant performance across safety, people, quality, production, cost, and continuous improvement, while developing a high-performing team and maximizing the capabilities of our technology and automated equipment. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, hands-on manufacturing leader who wants to improve an operation, drive results, and help shape the future of offsite construction.What You’ll Do:Lead overall plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and peopleBuild, coach, and develop a high-performing production leadership teamDrive production planning, scheduling, capacity, workflow, and on-time deliveryMaximize the capabilities and utilization of our advanced automated manufacturing equipmentUse production data and KPIs to improve throughput, labor efficiency, material utilization, quality, yield, scrap, and downtimeIdentify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and capacityOversee quality, maintenance, equipment reliability, inventory, and workforce planningManage plant expenses and performance against budget and operating goalsIdentify opportunities for capital investment, technology, and process improvementPartner across design, engineering, operations, delivery, and field teams to improve the entire value streamBuild a strong culture of safety, ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For:We’re looking for an accomplished manufacturing leader—not necessarily someone who has spent their entire career in wall panel manufacturing.5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including responsibility for production teams and operational performanceProven success leading and developing production supervisors and frontline teamsStrong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, capacity, labor, materials, quality, inventory, and maintenanceExperience in an automated or technology-enabled manufacturing environmentProven ability to use data, KPIs, and financial information to drive operational improvementTrack record of improving productivity, throughput, quality, labor efficiency, yield, scrap, downtime, and/or on-time deliveryExperience managing budgets, operating expenses, and cost controlsStrong safety leadership and understanding of manufacturing complianceDemonstrated success with continuous improvement and process improvementStrong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and people-leadership skillsA willingness to be a visible, hands-on leader on the manufacturing floorBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
