About the Role:

As an Elementary Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and social development of young learners in the United States. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid state teaching certification or license for elementary education in the United States.
• Demonstrated knowledge of elementary curriculum standards and instructional best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Basic proficiency with educational technology and classroom management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education or a specialized area such as Special Education or Literacy.
• Experience teaching in diverse or multicultural classroom settings.
• Training or certification in differentiated instruction and inclusive education strategies.
• Familiarity with remote or hybrid teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans across core subjects including reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies.
• Assess and monitor student progress through formal and informal evaluations, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages respect, cooperation, and active participation.
• Adapt instructional methods and materials to meet the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to plan and participate in school events, professional development, and curriculum improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other required documentation in compliance with school policies.
