Job Summary And Qualifications Performs mammography and imaging procedures utilizing dedicated mammography and imaging equipment independently or under appropriate supervision, ensuring that QC/QA is maintained within regulatory guidelines and mammography protocols are compliant with ACR/MQSA standards. Functions as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishment of their mammogram assuming responsibility for patient safety protocols. Performs all duties relating to the overall function of mammography to include quality control, quality improvement, and clerical. Observes strict confidentiality in dealing with patients, families, and co-workers. Represents Mission Health System in a positive and professional manner. What qualifications you will need: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• ARRT-M) Mammography must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• ARRT-R) Radiography

Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate Required License: Must be ARRT registered in Radiography a. Completes requirements for CEU for re-certification. Must have Mammography Registry or obtain registry within 12 months of hire. BLS certified. Required Experience: Ability to organize work and handle multiple projects/priorities. Basic computer knowledge.
