The Technician demonstrates a solid knowledge of aseptic techniques, equipment, instruments, procedures and supplies used in the operating room. The Technician must work under pressure, exercise patience, tact and endurance, and maintain ongoing communication with Operating Room staff, including communicating special equipment needs as they arise. The Technician also monitors the daily schedule for changes in instrumentation.
