Your New Role

• Work from our Auburn, Washington location as a Customer Service Representative supporting customers and HVAC field operations.
• Dispatch HVAC technicians to service locations and help keep daily schedules organized.
• Coordinate repair appointments and membership maintenance visits.
• Source and track OEM parts needed for active HVAC service jobs.
• Coordinate job site deliveries with designated runners.
• Maintain and organize the Membership Database.
• Record project information and service updates accurately.
• Communicate with customers and team members to help service calls move smoothly from scheduling through completion.
• Use your customer service, call center, HVAC dispatching, scheduling, and problem solving skills to support efficient daily operations.

• 1 to 2 years of call center or customer service experience.
• HVAC industry experience is required.
• Dispatching experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail oriented approach with solid problem solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to receive coaching and adapt in a fast paced work environment.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability for a rotating Saturday schedule.
