Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Endoscopy to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to endoscopy patients according to professional standards and protocols.
• Participate in preoperative preparation and postoperative recovery for endoscopy patients.
• Manage a 1:1 patient-to-staff ratio to ensure individualized care.
• Coordinate with anesthesia providers, as nurses will not administer sedation.
• Assist with bronchoscopies and ERCPs as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Contribute to a safe and clean environment by adhering to the facility's fingernail policy.

Qualifications

• Active RN license eligible for submission and verification.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Willingness to comply with the facility's distance and employment radius rule policy.
• Ability to pass an open-book RN skills examination with a minimum score of 90% during orientation.
• Flexibility to work a combination of 8-hour shifts and on-call days per contract requirement.
• Driver's license required for proof of residence documentation.
