Regional Account Executive
The Regional Account Executive is a front-line revenue driver responsible for expanding ServPro Team Landers' commercial footprint through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and disciplined account management. This role owns the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close while cultivating long-term partnerships with property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial decision-makers. The ideal candidate brings relentless drive, deep market awareness, and a proven ability to turn new relationships into lasting, high-value accounts. This role manages a regional territory, maintaining key accounts while developing new relationships. Primary targets include commercial opportunities for restoration, emergency response, and construction work.
Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, bonus based on performance, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
