The George Washington University Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Technician (PCT) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Medical Surgical Unit. As an academic medical center in the heart of Washington, DC, we are committed to excellence, innovation, and advancing healthcare. Key Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, high‑quality care to patients under the supervision of an RN. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and patient responses. Provide emotional support to patients and families. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Completion of CNA certification course, Medical Assistant Course, or 2 years of nursing school. At least 6 months of recent patient care experience in a healthcare facility.
