Jacobi is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and NCB has 213 licensed beds. Opportunity Details: Anesthesiology services provided include obstetrical, general and regional anesthesia as well as emergency and trauma anesthesia The CRNA will have the unique opportunity to practice in a wide variety of cases including Obstetrics and to workwith a large team of anesthesiologists and CRNA's The work hours are flexible and a wide variety of shifts are available for the right candidates The work culture is supportive , with the latest equipment and safety a top priority CRNA to MD is 1:1 ratio Qualifications Current NYS RN License and Registration, BSN, and MSN Board Certification by the NBCRNA required within the first year of hire Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $250,000* to $260,000* (based on years of experience) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $275,000** and $286,000** (based on years of experience) , which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below: Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $98,800***. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days. Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
