Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Production SupervisorAt Kraft Heinz, the Production Supervisor plays a critical leadership role on the plant team by driving safe, high-quality, and efficient operations while building team capability and ownership on the floor. Reporting to the Process Owner, this role is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing performance for an assigned area and shift while applying KHMS principles to strengthen daily management, sustain standards, solve problems, and deliver business results.This role is an important people leadership position for someone who can create clarity, build accountability, and develop teams while improving operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift to deliver safety, quality, service, and cost resultsLead Level 1 meetings to create clear direction, surface gaps, assign actions, and ensure follow-throughCoach teams on running effective Level 0 meetings that build ownership, strengthen communication, and escalate issues quicklyDrive KHMS execution within the assigned area through strong daily management routines, standard work, and visual managementAudit and monitor performance boards to ensure they are accurate, current, and actively used to manage performance and trigger actionUse daily performance data and floor observations to identify gaps, remove barriers, and reinforce accountabilitySupport centerline management by reinforcing process discipline, escalating deviations, and helping teams maintain process stabilityLead and sustain BOS management routines to ensure standards, action tracking, and operating discipline are consistently followedBuild capability across the team through coaching, feedback, training, and clear expectationsLead problem-solving efforts to address recurring losses, operational issues, and process breakdownsPartner with Process Owners and cross-functional teams to improve performance and sustain operational gainsAddress employee performance, conduct, and attendance matters in line with Kraft Heinz policies and proceduresFoster a culture of safety, teamwork, continuous improvement, and ownership across the shift teamWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferredExperience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to coach teams, reinforce standards, and drive accountabilityWorking knowledge of safety, quality, and manufacturing operationsAbility to use data and daily management routines to make decisions and improve performanceFamiliarity with KHMS routines, performance boards, centerline management, and BOS principles preferredKey Leadership CapabilitiesPeople leadership and team developmentDaily management and execution disciplineCoaching and performance managementProblem-solving and root cause thinkingCross-functional collaborationOwnership and accountabilityContinuous improvement mindsetClear and effective communicationOur Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz' strategy and values.New Hire Base Salary Range:$77,800.00 - $97,300.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family's needs.
