LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

KLAMATH BASIN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to support comprehensive mental health care in a collaborative team. The LPN will provide direct client care, administer medications, monitor physical and behavioral health, and document accurately in the EHR. Working closely with therapists and prescribers, this role supports crisis intervention, client education, and care coordination.
