Perimeter Behavioral of the Ozarks has immediate openings for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) We are seeking compassionate professionals dedicated to improving the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

As a premier behavioral health hospital, we provide inpatient treatment for adolescents using a patient-centered, collaborative approach . Our mission is to create a responsive, healing environment that inspires hope and promotes overall well-being through high-quality, integrated care.

Role Overview

Join a dedicated nursing team making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adolescents. As a Behavioral Health LPN, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Core Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a behavioral health setting
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Accurately document patient care and daily progress
• Collaborate with the treatment team to implement measurable goals

Leadership & Environment

• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment that protects patient rights
• Build professional relationships with patients, families, and staff
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
• Support and mentor team members
• Advocate for patient needs and quality outcomes

Qualifications

Required

• Active Arkansas LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Preferred

• Experience in behavioral health and/or pediatric nursing
• Inpatient psychiatric experience

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts (10a-10p)
• Weekend rotation required
