Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Requirements:
- BSN required
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare
- Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory role in an acute care setting
- Specialty Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license (apply for Texas RN license within 60 days from hire and obtain current TX RN license within 6 months)
- BLS required
- ACLS preferred
- L&D: NRP preferred, FHM preferred, RNC-OB preferred
- Pay Details: Max compensation: $150k
- Open to relocation
- Start Date: 04/07/2025
