Junior Supply Chain Associate

We are seeking a motivated recent graduate to join a fast paced supply chain team within the beauty and retail distribution space. This 12 month opportunity is based hybrid in Clearwater, FL and is designed for someone who wants hands on experience in inventory management, finished goods procurement, purchasing, forecasting, planning, and order management.

In this role, you will support day to day supply chain operations while learning how products move through the business. You will work with supply chain team members, reporting systems, and cross functional partners to help improve product flow, support inventory accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. This is a strong opportunity for someone analytical, organized, and detail oriented who is excited to build a foundation in supply chain within a dynamic consumer products environment.

Responsibilities

* Support inventory management, procurement, and purchasing activities for finished goods

* Assist with forecasting, planning, order management, credit management, and assembly related processes

* Work with internal reporting systems to track, organize, and maintain supply chain information

* Partner with cross functional teams to support supply chain projects and daily operational needs

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to help improve workflows, reporting, and efficiency

* Support special projects across the supply chain team

* Identify opportunities to improve existing ways of working and bring thoughtful solutions forward

* Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment

Must Have Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree received within the last 12 months

* No education gap longer than 5 months

* Minimum 3.0 GPA

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

* Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

* Ability to build strong cross functional relationships

* Self motivated with a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality

* Customer service mindset with the ability to escalate issues appropriately

* Ability to work with composure in a fast paced environment

Nice to Have Qualifications

* Engineering degree

* SAP experience

* Interest in supply chain, inventory management, procurement, purchasing, forecasting, planning, or order management

* Prior internship, academic project, or work experience related to operations, logistics, supply chain, business analytics, or continuous improvement

* Interest in beauty, retail, consumer products, distribution, or finished goods operations

Compensation

The target hiring compensation for this role is $21.47 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
